March Byron Pale Ale
Since launching our inaugural craft beer list last year, we’ve spent a lot of time talking about and tasting different craft beers. On one such occasion, during a hop-fuelled afternoon at the Camden Town Brewery, we decided to create a beer of our very own to complement our hamburgers. We set to work with the help of the experts at Camden, and six gruelling months later we have finally brewed and bottled our first batch of Byron Pale Ale. The result is a beer with a bright golden colour, aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, and a clean, dry finish. We’re rather proud of it and hope you enjoy it too.
In addition to our own beer, we’re introducing a new craft beer list. We’ve kept a few old favourites (Brooklyn Lager, Kernel IPA, Camden Hells) and introduced some exciting new beers not widely available in the UK (SKA Steel Toe Stout, Coronado Islander IPA, Uinta Wyld Organic Extra Pale Ale, and Stone Pale Ale). From closer to home (Huddersfield, no less) we’re pleased to welcome the colourfully named “Dark Arts” stout from Magic Rock Brewing.
We plan to change our list every six months, so if there’s a particular beer you’d like to see please email beer@byronhamburgers.com
